Wanigasekara Maha Vidyalaya
is situated in Matara, Sri Lanka
- eight kilometres away from the city.
The school was founded in 1934
as state owned public school (a government school) and
it presently consists of over 200 student population.
At present it is catering to the needs of children
(both girls and boys) studying from primary level
to secondary level education by a well experienced
and qualifed teachers numbering 30 .
